Every day is an adventure when you’re busy teaching 10th grade American students about the American Revolution. Certainly, I’m not clueless. I know that they’d rather be doing their nails, shooting hoops or hanging out on a Tuesday afternoon at the pool than listening to my lectures. I try, each day, to think of new and interesting ways to keep them engaged and learning about the history that is so important to their understanding of the world at large.
